Forum Lenteng
is een studie-groep uit Jakarta, gesticht in 2003 door een groep studenten
Communicatie, filmmakers en vormgevers.
De groep doet sociaal en cultureel onderzoek naar stedelijke fenomenen
die te maken hebben met culturele ontwikkelingen in Indonesië.
Hun activiteiten betreffen film/documentaire productie, onderzoek, workshops
en het verzamelen van documentatie, als middel tot een geintegreerde
media studie.
De groep is op dit moment in Rotterdam op uitnodiging van Reinaart Vanhoe
als onderdeel van zijn project 'Neo-beginners' in Tent.

Forum Lenteng is a study-group founded in 2003 by communication students,
filmmakers and designers.
The group tries to study urban phenomenon as a social and cultural research,
as part of the cultural growth of Indonesia.
Activities of the group are filmproduction, research, workshops and also
documentation as tool for simultaneous learning mediums.
The group is in Rotterdam at the moment, they were invited sto part in
Reinaart Vanhoe's show Neo-beginners' in Tent.
