The area of the cinematic screen serves not only the projection of light rays but gives space to the expectations and desires of the viewer. Rather object than white rectangle, it functions as an interface between the viewing room and the filmic space. The films included in this compilation contemplate on the other side of the screen, tempting the screen´s potential as a gate.
